Forsaken Wanderers guild was created in October of 2005 by 8 players who had been playing together since Guild Wars was released in May. The following is a handy dandy Q&A that will tell you a little bit more about the guild. How much PvE does FW do? FW does do PvE. You will find our members willing to help others through missions, running, power leveling, or capping. We also have started doing a lot more farming which includes runs to FoW, SF, UW, Queen, PvE Tombs, and anywhere else that a buck or some cool items might be found. We plan to continue on in our PvE wanderings in Cantha. And PvP? Yes! Forsaken Wanderers strive to balance having fun and kicking butt. You will often find our members in CA or TA trying out new builds. We also enjoy the chaos of HA and plan to do many Alliance Battles when Factions is released. We do usually take in specific builds and everyone in the guild is welcome to post new ones or give input on builds of others. Last but not least...GvG? Again, Yes! The Isle of the Dead is home to the Forsaken Wanderers. We usually try to coordinate GvG at least once a week however there are often more GvG battles depending on the mood of the members that week. In GvG, we almost always bring a build that was set up ahead of time. Okay now for the basics: Website, Forums, TS? Yes, Yes, and Yes. FW prides in our amount of forum activity so please feel free to let us know how addicted you are to GW by hanging around posting random thoughts on the forum. Someone will no doubt post a random reply. TS is very important to FW. We require member to least be able to hear us over TS for full guild activities such as GvG, HA, and farming runs. When am I most likely to find people on the roster? Real life is a bothersome thing which, even though we strive for it to not interfere, understandably makes it difficult for everyone to live off of GW alone. Our members range from all over the USA as well as Canada. Almost all are either in college or have full time jobs so a majority are not on until the evenings during the week. During the weekends you will find many of the members on during the day. Again, many full guild activities usually (but not always) occur in the evenings. Now will there be cake? There is always cake!! We here at FW believe 100% in an all cake at all times policy. Size, frosting, and flavor are of no matter. (*Tanthos' edit: Chocolate is favored though.) Besides all of that, why should I join FW? Because of the community! We are a tight-knit group that is always looking to meet new people. FW believes it's the people that make the guild. Our members will actually want to get to know you, so you won't be just another face in the crowd. You'll also have a voice, this guild belongs to all it's members, which means they should have a say in how it is run.
